The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Venturia dips to his left and cracks Ball with an uppercut!

Venturia lands a leg kick that knocks Ball off balance momentarily.

Venturia bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Venturia misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ball throws a lazy right hand but Venturia sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Venturia bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Ball loads up on a big right hand but Venturia slips the punch.

Ball misses the shot to the body.
Venturia tries a low kick but Ball avoids it.

Venturia throws a leg kick which misses Ball's front leg but catches the back leg as Ball tries to avoid it.
Venturia lands a nice shot to the body.
Venturia lands with an overhand left.
Ball ducks under a wild hook from Venturia.
Venturia scores with the left hand. Ball knows he should have avoided that one.

Joe Ball's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Ball uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Venturia.

Venturia lands a big head kick that sends Ball tumbling to the mat! Venturia takes a step backwards and waves Ball back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Ball is rocked!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Joe Ball's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
