The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McSwade throws a looping overhand right but Chillingsworth ducks down to avoid it.
Chillingsworth tries to close the distance and clinch but McSwade swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Chillingsworth rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but McSwade moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
McSwade bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Chillingsworth's head.
Chillingsworth swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Chillingsworth bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
McSwade throws an overhand right that lands on Chillingsworth's shoulder, as Chillingsworth tries to avoid the shot.

McSwade tests Chillingsworth's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Chillingsworth throws a series of punches but McSwade avoids them all with ease.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McSwade fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Chillingsworth takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

McSwade is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
McSwade lands a lovely overhand right.
McSwade cracks Chillingsworth with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Chillingsworth dodges the punch combination from McSwade.
McSwade is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
McSwade thuds his right hand into Chillingsworth's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
McSwade misses with a double jab.
Chillingsworth throws a head kick that misses.

Chillingsworth shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches McSwade napping and manages to drive through into side control!
McSwade can't do much from the bottom here.
Chillingsworth looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
McSwade is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Chillingsworth asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Chillingsworth wants to lay and pray for a moment but McSwade keeps working.
Chillingsworth in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Chillingsworth has hold of McSwade's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! McSwade tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Chillingsworth cranks the arm and McSwade screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from McSwade, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
