Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Semen Onopko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Emms (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Semen Onopko! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tony Emms! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, John Mangel and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick misses from Onopko. Emms misses with an uppercut. Onopko saw that one coming. Emms misses with an uppercut. Onopko saw that one coming. Onopko avoids a kick to the body.
Emms throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Onopko has Emms up against the cage in a clinch.
Nice body punch from Onopko. Onopko tries to land knees in the clinch but Emms avoids the damage to the body. Emms doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Onopko tries to pull guard but Emms holds him up against the cage and eventually Onopko drops back down to his feet.
Emms struggles to land a body shot inside as Onopko controls his hands.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Emms. Onopko has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Emms uses from the top position. Onopko keeping moving, preventing Emms from controlling successfully. Emms is standing up over Onopko. Onopko looks to escape but Emms dives into side control.
Onopko sneaks back into half guard. Emms tries to stand and escape but Onopko is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Emms decides to return to a standing position. Onopko shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Emms napping and manages to drive through into side control! Emms is looking to regain half guard here but Onopko keeps moving and retains side control. Emms wants to control but Onopko postures up. Emms is not content to let Onopko control the position. Emms tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Onopko wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Emms seems a little lost for a moment, as Onopko dominates the positioning. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Emms is not content to let Onopko control the position.
We're going to have a standup here because Semen Onopko wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Emms misses with a looping left. Onopko looks for a takedown but Emms sprawls well. Emms rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Onopko moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Onopko staying out of range there. Emms misses with a wild combination.
Tony Emms seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Onopko is looking to take this fight into the clinch. No joy there for Onopko, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Emms shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Onopko napping and manages to drive through into side control! The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Onopko is pushing Emms's head away, looking to escape. Emms manages to hold on to the position though. Emms decides to take the fight back to the feet. Onopko throws a right and a left that both miss. Onopko fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Semen Onopko. That's going to take a lot out of him. A jab from Emms misses. Emms thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Onopko if he has to take too many more of those.
Onopko is breathing heavily. Emms lands a head shot.
It looks like Semen Onopko has been cut.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Onopko shoots and misses and Emms counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Onopko! Emms tries to control but Onopko wriggling away. Emms tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Onopko is looking to improve his position but Emms isn't that keen on the idea. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tony Emms dominated that round. The cut man is working on Semen Onopko's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Onopko shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Emms is trying to defend but Onopko finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Emms blocking the ground and pound attempt from Onopko. Emms is trying to stand.

Onopko steps over the head and cranks it - Emms is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Onopko!
