Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marti Kornas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and viinilasi niko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Marti Kornas has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Marti Kornas seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kornas swats away the attempt to clinch by niko.
niko throws a solid leg kick but Kornas takes the impact on his shin and smiles at niko.
niko goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Kornas changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. niko looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Kornas postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Kornas is looking to take a break and control but niko is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Kornas working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
niko is looking for a sweep.
niko is trying to control Kornas's posture but Kornas avoids it.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
niko tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kornas wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Kornas goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, niko has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Kornas but great work by niko.
