Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ilja Vasuta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gino Uboica (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Uboica's choice of entrance music: Can't be touched. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasuta throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Uboica tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Vasuta is in Uboica's guard.
Vasuta is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Uboica is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Uboica has escaped and now he's on top!
Vasuta keeping moving, preventing Uboica from controlling successfully.
Vasuta is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Uboica tries to stand but Vasuta is controlling from the bottom.
Uboica decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Vasuta, up you get!
Vasuta shoots in and gets a takedown into Uboica's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vasuta has gone for a leg lock! Uboica slips out almost immediately though and dives into Vasuta's guard.

Vasuta escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Uboica gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Uboica wants to pass the guard but Vasuta is keeping the position.
Uboica is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Uboica trying to control the position from guard on top but Vasuta is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Vasuta looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Vasuta has his foot on Uboica's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Uboica works his way back into a safe position though.

Vasuta had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Uboica defends it easily.
Vasuta is breathing heavily.
Uboica wanted to stand there but Vasuta had control of the position.

Uboica drops back looking for a leg! Vasuta is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Vasuta manages to kick Uboica off! Uboica jumps back into Vasuta's guard.
Vasuta is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Uboica defends well.
Uboica decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Vasuta, up you get!
Uboica tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Vasuta avoids the head kick by Uboica.

Uboica shoots in looking for a takedown. Vasuta tries to sprawl out of it but Uboica keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Vasuta manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Vasuta fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Uboica, pushing him back against the cage.
Uboica changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Vasuta fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Vasuta shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Vasuta seems to be looking for submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Vasuta is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Uboica sees it coming and defends easily.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Vasuta is thwarting Uboica's attempts to control the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ilja Vasuta dominated that round.
That's time! Vasuta's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Vasuta gets a takedown into half guard.
Vasuta is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Uboica still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Uboica has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
Vasuta is not content to let Uboica control the position.

Vasuta is looking to reverse the position.
Ilja Vasuta overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Uboica wants to lay and pray for a moment but Vasuta keeps working.
Vasuta manages to get back to half guard.
Vasuta looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Uboica is working for a kimura but Vasuta is defending it quite comfortably.
Uboica is breathing heavily.
Vasuta looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Uboica connects with a nice short shot to Vasuta's temple.
Uboica wants to free his trapped foot but Vasuta is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Vasuta works his way to full guard. Good work.
Uboica trying to control but Vasuta is working from the bottom.
Uboica has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Vasuta to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Uboica is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Vasuta pulls down on the head and he's put Uboica to sleep! This one is all over!
