The bell rings for round one and we are underway! second shoots for a double leg takedown but Riggins sprawls well. He's pushed second's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Rob Riggins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Riggins wants to clinch up but second keeps it at a distance. second lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Riggins circles away quickly and effectively. second looks to land a combination but Riggins avoids it well. second throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Riggins throws a massive elbow that rocks second's head back - second crumples to the floor and this one is all over! Not often you see a KO via an elbow but that was a huge shot!
