Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Martin Wallae (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janek Kochanowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Janek Kochanowski told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Martin Wallae! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Janek Kochanowski! The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Bruno Hogan and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wallae fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Wallae scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Wallae has knee on belly and moves into mount. Wallae sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Wallae's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Wallae working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Wallae is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kochanowski can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Kochanowski wants to control but Wallae is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kochanowski is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Kochanowski is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Wallae tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Wallae seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kochanowski for as long as he can get away with. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Martin Wallae. Kochanowski drops Wallae with a beautiful combination! Wallae stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Kochanowski is looking for the KO!
It looks like Martin Wallae has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kochanowski throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Wallae colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Kochanowski as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Wallae is left battered and dazed whilst Kochanowski and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Janek Kochanowski!
