Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Antti Sokka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milton Myers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sokka comes to the cage accompanied by Black Sun Aeon - Core of Winter. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Antti Sokka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Milton Myers! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Chris Edwards and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sokka throws a right and a left that both miss. Myers darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Myers takes a swing at Sokka's ribcage but misses. Myers closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Sokka throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Myers sees it coming and avoids it easily. Sokka closes this distance looking for a takedown but Myers circles away. Sokka doesn't manage to clinch there - Myers circles away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sokka. Myers punishes Sokka's body with a nice straight punch. Sokka misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Antti Sokka. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sokka shoots for a takedown but Myers saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sokka shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Myers stuffs the takedown. Sokka shoots in but Myers avoids the takedown attempt easily. Sokka shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Myers just misses with a punch to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Myers fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Antti Sokka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sokka bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Myers scores with a shot to the body.
Myers throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sokka sees it coming and avoids it easily. Milton Myers is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Myers ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sokka moves away. Sokka tries to clinch but Myers moves out of range. Sokka tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Myers swivels and escapes. Myers takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Sokka tries to close the distance and clinch up but Myers swats him away and circles back towards the center.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Myers misses the shot to the body. Myers defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sokka. The fight stays on the outside here - Sokka looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Myers sizes up Sokka with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Myers lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Myers misses with a straight left. Myers displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Sokka. Sokka gets a clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Myers gets underhooks to prevent Sokka's takedown attempt.

Sokka gets a trip takedown into half guard. Sokka trying to pass the guard but Myers defending well. Myers has his hands clasped together around Sokka's back. He's all about the action. Sokka has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Sokka throwing strikes here but Myers is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Myers was covering up waiting for the punch and Sokka finishes the takedown easily into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sokka trying to control the position from guard on top but Myers is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Myers is wriggling around but Sokka manages to pass to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sokka passes the guard and advances to mount! Sokka moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Myers has worked his arm free - good work by Myers!
Sokka tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Sokka has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Sokka laying and praying for a moment but Myers takes advantage and regains half guard. Sokka seems to be looking for submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sokka is keen to just control but Myers is a slippery customer. Sokka working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Sokka slows the pace down in half guard. Myers is defending against the submission attempts here by Sokka.

Myers is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Myers manages to escape and get back to his feet! Myers keeps the fight on the outside. Sokka walks into a stiff left hand from Myers. Sokka tries for a takedown but Myers sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Antti Sokka. Sokka tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Myers just stands there and leans against the cage. Sokka is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Myers pulls him back up using the underhooks. Sokka blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Myers takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Sokka is working for a submission of some sort.
Sokka is keen to just control but Myers is a slippery customer. Sokka passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Myers! Sokka fails to advance to Myers's back. Sokka moves to the back position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Myers has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke. Myers looking very determined here, making life difficult for Sokka.
Sokka lands strikes to the head. Myers is keeping busy.
Sokka controls the action. Sokka is looking for the choke from the back position but Myers is controlling his hands well. Sokka tries to get the hooks in deep but Myers pushed the leg off. Sokka looking for the choke from the back. Will Sokka go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
That's four minutes gone in the round. Myers looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. Sokka is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Myers has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. Sokka struggling to land strikes to the head as Myers covers up. Myers is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Sokka tries to keep control of the position but Myers is staying busy. Myers covers up after that shot from Sokka.
Sokka is looking for the choke from the back position but Myers is controlling his hands well. Sokka controlling the position well here. Myers rolled but Sokka kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
And that's the end of the fight! Antti Sokka showed his dominance in that final round. I think Sokka has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
