The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manhoef blocks a head kick by Edgecombe.
Edgecombe checks a leg kick nicely.
Edgecombe circles away from the clinch attempt.
Edgecombe goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
The fight stays on the outside here - Manhoef looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Manhoef feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Edgecombe's calf.

Manhoef lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Edgecombe backwards.
Manhoef creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Edgecombe with a big uppercut! Edgecombe tries to clinch up but Manhoef pushes him back against the cage and lands another moster strike that crumples Edgecombe to the mat! Edgecombe covers up and Manhoef unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
