Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fred Flintstone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seth Mangler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flintstone's entrance music is Limp Bizkit - Break Stuff. A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Mangler's choice of entrance music: I Stand Alone. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Seth Mangler!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Bruno Hogan and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mangler tries to close the distance and clinch up but Flintstone swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Mangler bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Mangler shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Mangler doesn't manage to clinch there - Flintstone circles away.
Flintstone connects with a crisp jab.
Nice defenses there by Flintstone.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Mangler lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Flintstone has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Flintstone and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Flintstone will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Mangler avoids the body shot from Flintstone.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A left lands for Mangler.
Mangler moves away from the strike by Flintstone.
A looping hook to the body misses from Flintstone. Mangler does a little dance to reset his feet.

Mangler swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Flintstone counters with a series of strikes. Mangler will be more careful next time no doubt.
Mangler scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Flintstone manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Mangler wants to free his trapped foot but Flintstone is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Flintstone knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mangler on the ground.
Mangler is trying to control. Flintstone wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Flintstone tries to get to full guard but Mangler has control of the leg.
Mangler seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Flintstone does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Seth Mangler hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Flintstone just misses with a punch to the body.
Flintstone throws out a loose jab but Mangler uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mangler fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
A shot to the liver by Flintstone. Beautiful body shot.
Mangler closes the distance and clinches up with Flintstone, looking for a takedown. Mangler pushes Flintstone against the cage but Flintstone circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Fred Flintstone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Seth Mangler.
Flintstone swings for the body but Mangler moves out of range.
Flintstone looks to throw the jab but Mangler is out of range.
Mangler fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Flintstone avoids it really well and circles away.
Flintstone lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Flintstone fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mangler manages to avoid it.
Flintstone lands with a straight right. Mangler didn't see that one coming.
Mangler tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Flintstone counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The fighters circling - Flintstone throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A clash of legs there as Flintstone blocks the low kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fred Flintstone dominated that round.

Mangler moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mangler wants to clinch
enabling Flintstone to counter with a crisp jab.

Flintstone dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Flintstone lands a lovely overhand right.
Mangler is still on wobbly legs! Can Flintstone finish him?
The fighters circling - Flintstone throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Mangler seems to have recovered his senses.
Flintstone displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mangler.
Mangler on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Seth Mangler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mangler looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Flintstone pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Flintstone takes a swing at Mangler's ribcage but misses.

Mangler shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Flintstone sprawls well. Flintstone wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mangler gets slowly back to his feet.
Fred Flintstone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Seth Mangler.
Mangler misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Flintstone counters with a one-two to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mangler throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Mangler shoots for a double leg takedown but Flintstone sprawls well. He's pushed Mangler's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Flintstone lands a jab to Mangler's midsection.
Mangler is breathing heavily.
Flintstone lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Mangler at a distance.
Flintstone bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Mangler's head backwards.
Flintstone misses with a looping right.
Flintstone sends Mangler crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Flintstone is motioning to the referee to let Mangler up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Flintstone cracks Mangler with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Mangler tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Flintstone pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Mangler is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:06 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Fred Flintstone!
