Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between JT Colossus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Leshley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leshley has chosen Step into a World as his entrance music. Bobby Leshley has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, JT Colossus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 7 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Bobby Leshley! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, John Roberts and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Leshley throws a series of punches but Colossus moves out of range. Colossus misses with a straight left. Colossus drives through and clinches with Leshley against the cage.
Leshley is trying to drag Colossus to the mat but Colossus just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Leshley breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Colossus throws the left hand but Leshley avoids the punch easily. Leshley avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Colossus lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Colossus lunges at Leshley with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Leshley's hand. Colossus misses with the combination.
Leshley shoots in for a takedown but Colossus shows good takedown defense. Leshley shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Colossus gets full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Leshley working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Leshley tries to free his leg and advance position but Colossus is retaining full guard. Leshley throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Leshley trying to control the position from guard on top but Colossus is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Leshley postures up.
Leshley drops back, looking for a kneebar! Colossus looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Colossus looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Colossus!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Colossus is looking to take a break and control but Leshley is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Colossus moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Leshley can do anything to dispel that myth. Colossus misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Leshley manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Colossus not doing much here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Colossus's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Colossus is trying to control the action in half guard but Leshley is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Colossus is thwarting Leshley's attempts to control the position. Colossus trying to mount his opponent but Leshley defends it. Leshley is not content to let Colossus control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
JT Colossus has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Colossus wants to clinch. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Colossus misses the jab. Nice cross by Colossus. Colossus misses with a double jab
and Leshley counters with a straight right hand. Colossus pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Leshley misses with a double jab.
JT Colossus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Colossus wants to clinch and Leshley counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Colossus wants to get back to his feet. Leshley throwing shots but Colossus is blocking nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Bobby Leshley will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!

Leshley tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Colossus swivels and escapes. Colossus lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Leshley wants to clinch up but Colossus keeps it at a distance. Leshley shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Colossus manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Leshley with a flurry of punches that miss. Colossus has his hands on Leshley's head, controlling the position. Leshley drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Colossus dives on top into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Colossus is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Leshley is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Colossus trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Colossus tries to free his leg and advance position but Leshley is retaining full guard. Colossus content to stall in guard here. Colossus looking to sit in guard and control but Leshley gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Colossus is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Colossus is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Colossus pulls Leshley in close to prevent any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Colossus trying to keep a closed guard but Leshley is proving a slippery customer.
The ref stands the fighters back up because JT Colossus just wasn't active enough. Colossus tries to clinch up. Colossus looks to land a right hand but Leshley moved out of range. Colossus throws a hook but Leshley blocks it. Bobby Leshley is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Leshley uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Colossus. Colossus's jab looks to have found its range, popping Leshley under the eye. Leshley throws a body punch but Colossus moves out of range. The fighters circling - Colossus throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Leshley's corner calls for a 1-2. Leshley obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. A decent looking cross lands there for Colossus. Colossus waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Leshley.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Leshley tries to close the distance and clinch but Colossus swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Colossus defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Leshley. Leshley misses with a low kick. Leshley slips under a jab. Leshley misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Colossus.
Colossus misses with a hook. Leshley ducked under it nicely. Colossus is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Leshley misses with a straight right. A punch combination from Colossus misses. Colossus throws a one two combo.
It looks like Bobby Leshley has been cut. Colossus misses with a looping right. Colossus lands a nice shot that snaps Leshley's head back.
Leshley has Colossus up against the cage in a clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Colossus lands a hook that snaps the head of Leshley backwards. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
JT Colossus dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Bobby Leshley's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Leshley takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Colossus lands with a nice combination. Leshley backs away looking to recover. Colossus misses with a hook. Leshley ducked under it nicely. Colossus leaves Leshley with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Leshley walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Colossus lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Leshley goes down and covers up as Colossus starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). JT Colossus!
