The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDougall throws a nice looking combination but Catabriga bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Catabriga tries for a takedown but McDougall sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
McDougall avoids the head kick by Catabriga.
McDougall scores with a jab to the jaw.
Catabriga goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Catabriga throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by McDougall.
It looks like Kyle McDougall has been cut.
Catabriga throws a hook to the side of McDougall's head but McDougall sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Catabriga tries to break the clinch but McDougall is controlling the position.
McDougall breaks the clinch.
McDougall lands a nice looking body shot.
Catabriga misses with a body shot
and McDougall counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Catabriga looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McDougall connects with a nice cross there... Catabriga is looking wobbly and McDougall recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Catabriga to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - McDougall jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
