Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Alexandre Firmino and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie swats away the attempt to clinch by Sobral.
Sobral pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Sobral tries to close the distance and clinch but Gracie swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sobral scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Gracie misses with a body shot.
Sobral shoots in for a double leg but Gracie sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Gracie darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Sobral is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Gracie pulls his head out easily.

Gracie is taking a breather. Sobral says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Sobral is working to get back to half guard.
Gracie has control of Sobral's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Sobral regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Sobral is trying desperately to improve position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Gracie is not going to allow Sobral to sit and survive in this position.
Sobral might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Gracie kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Gracie is working for a rear naked choke. Sobral is not defending it well and Gracie has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Sobral refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Sobral's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
