Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Boogie Woogie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel Striker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Striker has chosen Indestructible By Disturbed as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Gabriel Striker has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Striker looking for a sweep. Not yet Striker, not yet. Striker is adopting a defensive guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Striker manages to escape and get back to his feet.

You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Striker uses his free foot to push down on Woogie's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Woogie. Striker misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Woogie might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Striker is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Woogie is forced to tap! Great finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Gabriel Striker!
