Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between eiknarf noremac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy DeVito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tommy DeVito will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeVito steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from noremac. That one must have hurt.
DeVito is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
DeVito ducks down and throws a hook to the body but noremac moves away.

noremac closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
DeVito trying to control from the bottom.
noremac wants to lay and pray for a moment but DeVito keeps working.

DeVito looking for submissions off his back.
DeVito wants to get back to full guard.
DeVito is not content to let noremac control the position.
noremac not doing much here.
DeVito on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

noremac is actively looking for submissions here but good counter grappling here from DeVito as he works his way to full guard.

DeVito tries to land a sweep but no joy.

noremac avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
noremac slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

DeVito keeping moving, preventing noremac from controlling successfully.

noremac stands up from DeVito's guard - noremac perhaps looking for a knockout.

noremac closes the distance and clinches.
DeVito tries to pull guard but noremac won't allow it.

DeVito drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

DeVito is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

DeVito won't allow noremac to get back to his feet.
noremac is trying to control the position from the bottom.
DeVito pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. noremac is keeping the position for now.

DeVito has gone for a leg lock! noremac slips out almost immediately though and dives into DeVito's guard.

DeVito escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. noremac gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
DeVito seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

DeVito is trying to keep noremac in close.

DeVito working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. noremac doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but DeVito is tightening it up a little... noremac has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! noremac reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! noremac taps out! nice BJJ there by DeVito!
