Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Brit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Emelianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Emelianenko has chosen Казаки - Ой Да as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brit ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Emelianenko throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Emelianenko throws a right hand that Brit ducks under and follows up with a left that Brit also avoids with ease.

Emelianenko closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Emelianenko wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Brit, who protects the arm well.

Brit wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Emelianenko goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Brit has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Emelianenko but great work by Brit.

Brit stands up and beckons Emelianenko to his feet.
Emelianenko scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Johnny Brit has been cut.
Brit is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Emelianenko like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Emelianenko from another fist facial!
