The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kolchev throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Melebo has hold of one of Kolchev's legs. Kolchev is fighting the takedown attempt but Melebo gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Kolchev lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Melebo has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Kolchev avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Kolchev pulls guard effortlessly.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Melebo is fighting to break Kolchev's control of his arms but Kolchev is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Kolchev has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Melebo should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Kolchev has tightened it up now! Melebo should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
