Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dominick Rivaldi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jovani Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rivaldi comes into the arena with Joker's Wild blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Rivaldi fails to land with a series of punches.
Rivaldi lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Jones shoots for a takedown but Rivaldi saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Jones closes the distance and clinches up with Rivaldi, looking for a takedown. Jones pushes Rivaldi against the cage but Rivaldi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Rivaldi dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Jones. That did some damage!
Rivaldi cracks Jones with a right hand to the side of the head.
Jones shoots in but no luck this time.
Jones shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rivaldi as he jumps to the side.

Rivaldi jabs Jones to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Rivaldi connects with a leg kick. Jones looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Rivaldi fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Jones has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jovani Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rivaldi circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Jones to the canvas! Jones doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Rivaldi keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
