Osbourne tries to clinch but Penn is having none of it.
The fight stays on the outside here - Osbourne looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Osbourne moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Osbourne tries to close the distance and clinch but Penn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bj Penn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Penn takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
