Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Joao Goulart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ilkka Laitinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goulart comes to the cage accompanied by Shaggy - Mr. Boombastic. Laitinen is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by AC/DC - Thunderstruck. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goulart is looking to chop away at Laitinen's legs.
Goulart misses the jab.
Laitinen stuns Goulart with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Goulart tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Laitinen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Laitinen lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Goulart throws a head kick but Laitinen moves out of range.

Laitinen connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Goulart momentarily.

Joao Goulart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Laitinen dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Goulart. That did some damage!
Goulart is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Laitinen smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Laitinen cracks a nice hook into Goulart's ribs.
Laitinen connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Laitinen Rushes Goulart and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Goulart is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Laitinen Piles on the pressure and Goulart crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
