Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Acia avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Dover pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Acia takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Acia enables Dover to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Acia manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Acia wants to get back to his feet but Dover is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Dover gets to his feet - Acia follows without any prompting.
Dover has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Acia.
Acia throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Dover tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Acia paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Acia is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Acia throws a sloppy head kick and Dover moves out of range easily.
Dover tries to clinch but Acia moves out of range.
Dover rushes Acia and presses him up against the ropes.
Dover drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Acia gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Dover is looking to stand up but Acia isn't so interested in that idea.
Acia really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dover. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Acia wants to get up but he can't break Dover's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Dover working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Acia doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Acia manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Acia is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Dover fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Acia avoids it really well and circles away.
Dover is breathing heavily.
Acia lands with a kick to the temple. Dover shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Acia fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Acia scores with a sloppy right hand. Dover should have avoided that one.
Acia throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dover shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Acia sprawls well. Acia wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dover gets slowly back to his feet.

Dover takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Jimmy Acia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Acia can do anything to dispel that myth.

Dover has hold of Acia's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Acia seems comfortable defending it but Dover has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Acia is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Acia is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Dover couldn't care less - he's delighted!
