The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Est shoots in for a takedown but Cain shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Est slips a jab from Cain.
Cain leaves Est with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Est looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
