The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Winston Howard and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Dam throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A big left from DeMarino misses.
DeMarino throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Van Dam sees it coming and avoids it easily.
DeMarino tries for a takedown but Van Dam sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Van Dam misses with a two punch combination.
Van Dam staying out of range there.
Van Dam misses with a hook.
DeMarino shoots in and drives through. Van Dam sprawls well.
DeMarino feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Van Dam pushes DeMarino off and scrambles back to his feet.
Van Dam cracks DeMarino with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

DeMarino takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Van Dam swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Oooooh!!! Van Dam has knocked DeMarino down with a huge combo! Van Dam steps away and waves a wobbly DeMarino back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
DeMarino is rocked!
It looks like Ronnie DeMarino has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
DeMarino showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Van Dam.
DeMarino is still on wobbly legs! Can Van Dam finish him?
DeMarino throws the left hand but Van Dam avoids the punch easily.
DeMarino seems to have recovered his senses.
Van Dam stuffs the takedown.
Van Dam drops DeMarino with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but DeMarino looks back up at him and smiles so Van Dam waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
DeMarino looks gassed!
DeMarino leaves his chin hanging out and Van Dam seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! DeMarino crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
