Manos de Piedra has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
de Piedra shoots in but Petrushenko avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Petrushenko scores with a head kick.
de Piedra scores with a takedown into Petrushenko's guard.
Petrushenko looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Petrushenko really doesn't want to stay on the ground with de Piedra. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
de Piedra thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Petrushenko is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Petrushenko working a defensive guard but de Piedra passes into half guard.
Petrushenko is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
de Piedra works his foot free and advances to mount.

Petrushenko tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Petrushenko is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
de Piedra fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Petrushenko tries to hold on but de Piedra pushes him away.

Petrushenko is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Petrushenko throws a strike from the bottom but de Piedra uses the opportunity to take his back.
Petrushenko has hold of de Piedra's leg, trying to break free but it's let de Piedra lock up a rear naked choke! This could be big trouble! Petrushenko is turning an unusual color here… he's out! de Piedra throws him to one side and jumps onto the cage to celebrate with his fans.
