The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Alyssa Summers and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Furnas dodges the punch combination from Koskinen.
Furnas tries to score a power double leg takedown but Koskinen sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Furnas somewhat.
Furnas shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Koskinen but Koskinen pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Koskinen throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Sid Furnas has been cut.
Koskinen throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Furnas.
Koskinen throws a right and a left that Furnas avoids nicely.
Jab, jab by Koskinen - just one landing.
Furnas changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Koskinen tries to avoid it but Furnas manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Koskinen to the ground. Koskinen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sid Furnas. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Koskinen comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Furnas is breathing heavily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Koskinen lands a two punch combo.
Koskinen scores with a jab. Furnas acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Sid Furnas's cut is getting worse.
Koskinen lands with a right and another and another! Furnas is in big trouble! Koskinen lands again and this time it's lights out for Furnas! A quality knockout there for Koskinen.
