Inemko has chosen Black Sabbath - Iron Man as his entrance music. Vladmir Inemko has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Nikolai Sokolov's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksandr Martynov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Inemko throws out a leg kick but Sokolov moves out of range and Inemko only half commits.
Sokolov moves in looking to clinch but Inemko pushes him off.
Sokolov checks the leg kick.
Inemko looks to clinch
and Sokolov counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Sokolov works his foot free and advances to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sokolov looking to control but Inemko is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Sokolov tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Inemko tries to lock up and control but Sokolov gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Inemko has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
Inemko looking very determined here, making life difficult for Sokolov.

Sokolov slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Inemko trying to control the action but Sokolov just sinks the hooks in.
Sokolov has his opponent's back but Inemko is looking to stand. He manages to get to his feet and shakes off Sokolov.
A jab from Sokolov misses.
Inemko looks to clinch
and Sokolov makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Sokolov takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Inemko is rocked!
A left and a right from Inemko both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Nikolai Sokolov has been cut.
Inemko tries for a takedown but Sokolov circles away easily
and Sokolov counters with a good, hard body kick but Inemko shrugs it off.
Inemko looks gassed!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sokolov misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Inemko rushes Sokolov and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Inemko has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Sokolov uses from the top position.

Sokolov passes Inemko's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Sokolov in particular looking to stall.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Inemko tries to get to full guard but Sokolov has control of the leg.
Sokolov takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Sokolov thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Inemko to regain full guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Inemko can do anything to dispel that myth.
Sokolov pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Inemko is keeping the position for now.
Sokolov really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Sokolov in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Inemko avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Inemko drives through with a takedown into guard.
Inemko wants to control from the top but Sokolov keeps moving.
Sokolov avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Sokolov bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Inemko's guard.
Inemko wants to stand up but Sokolov is controlling him.
Sokolov passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Inemko is looking to regain half guard here but Sokolov keeps moving and retains side control.
Inemko really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sokolov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Sokolov goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Inemko rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Sokolov's guard! Nice work there by Inemko!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Inemko with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Sokolov wants to clinch.
Inemko lands with a big right hook that stumbles Sokolov - he's out on his feet here! Inemko follows up with another monster hook that separates Sokolov from consciousness! Sokolov falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Inemko stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Vladmir Inemko!
