Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rich Loucks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fard Tard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Anthony Taglia and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tard throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Loucks attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Loucks fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Tard avoids it really well and circles away.
Tard displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Loucks.
Tard darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
It looks like Rich Loucks has been cut.
Tard turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
A punch lands to the side of Loucks 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tard lands with a right hand.
Loucks is breathing heavily.
Loucks fails to land with a series of punches.
Tard keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Horrible takedown by Loucks or perhaps it was just good defense by Tard which made him look bad.

Tard lands a big shot that drops Loucks! Can he finish him?

Loucks could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Tard controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Tard with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tard pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Loucks is keeping the position for now.
Tard postures up in Loucks's guard and throws a big left but Loucks blocks it.
Loucks is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Tard is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Tard content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Loucks has momentary wrist control but Tard slips an elbow through the middle.

Tard throws a strike but Loucks rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Tard keeping moving, preventing Loucks from controlling successfully.
Tard kicks Loucks off and gets to his feet.
Tard lands a nice hook to Loucks's body. Loucks takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Tard lands with an uppercut that bounces Loucks off the cage and back into rage.
Tard scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tard bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Loucks's head.
Rich Loucks's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Tard lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Tard connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Loucks gets tackled into the cage by Tard. Tard maintains the clinch.
Tard gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Loucks being controlled here, momentarily.
Tard scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Tard stands up over Loucks, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Loucks utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Tard trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Loucks working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Tard.
Tard is looking to work some ground and pound but Loucks has wrist control.
Loucks avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Tard missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Tard slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Tard trying to control but Loucks is working from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fard Tard dominated that round.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Tard tests Loucks's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Fard Tard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A jab from Tard finds it's way through Loucks's defenses.
Loucks tries to sprawl but Tard drives through with a takedown into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Tard perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Tard is keen to just control but Loucks is a slippery customer.
Loucks landing small, sideways elbows.

Tard drops an elbow to the side of Loucks's head.
Jeez, Rich Loucks's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Rich Loucks's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
