The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Preston throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Thunders throws a head kick but Preston moves out of range.
Preston throws a jab when Thunders was well out of range.
Thunders misses with a low kick.
Preston scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Johnny Thunders has been cut.
Thunders moves in looking to clinch but Preston pushes him off.
Preston stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Thunders.

and Preston makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Thunders fails in his attempt to clinch.
The crowd cheers as Preston lands an impressive looking overhand right. Thunders doesn't seem phased though.
Preston lands with a hook. Thunders tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Preston jabs Thunders right on the nose. Thunders blinks but takes it well.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Thunders takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Nice uppercut lands for Preston. That snapped Thunders's head back.
Preston ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Thunders has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Preston finds it's way round the side to connect with Thunders's head.

Thunders drops his hands momentarily and Preston takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Johnny Thunders's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
