Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Travis Alexander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikey Capone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Travis Alexander!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mikey Capone!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alexander throws a head kick that misses.
Capone fails to land with a series of punches.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Capone checks a leg kick.
Alexander tries to land a front kick but Capone steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Capone misses with a straight left.
Capone displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Alexander throws out the jab.
A solid body kick from Alexander.
Capone scores with a nice head shot.
Capone lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Alexander at a distance.
Capone scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Capone connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Alexander momentarily.
Alexander will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Alexander lands a head kick!
Alexander misses the shot to the body.
Alexander lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Alexander has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Capone finds it's way round the side to connect with Alexander's head.

Alexander doesn't manage to clinch there - Capone circles away.
Alexander connects with a leg kick. Capone looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Alexander is looking to slow Capone down with leg kicks.
Alexander tries a head kick but it misses.
Alexander tries to land a leg kick but Capone saw it coming and moves away.
Alexander uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Capone.
Alexander jabs Capone right on the nose. Capone blinks but takes it well.
Capone blocks a low kick nicely.
Alexander tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Capone is able to avoid easily.
Alexander scores with a nice body kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Alexander.
Capone looks gassed!
Alexander misses with a head kick.
Alexander misses with an uppercut. Capone saw that one coming.
Capone steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Alexander.
Good leg kick by Alexander there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Capone steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Alexander. That one must have hurt.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Capone blocks the body kick.
Alexander fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Capone has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Capone moves out of range as Alexander throws a body kick.
A solid body kick from Alexander.
Capone takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Capone avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Alexander misses with an attempted mid kick.
Alexander lands with a nice body kick.
Alexander throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Crunch! Alexander slams his shin into Capone's torso.
Alexander buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Alexander lands with a thumping leg kick.
Alexander scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Alexander connects with a leg kick. Capone looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Alexander lands with a slapping head kick.
Alexander with a hook.
Alexander swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Capone.
Capone is rocked!
Travis Alexander seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A head kick by Alexander - that's a beauty! Capone is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Alexander can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
