Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holtik checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Holtik tries a low kick but Muscle avoids it.

Holtik tries to keep at a distance but Muscle has taken the fight into the clinch.
Holtik tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Muscle's elbow.
Holtik trying to stall but Muscle improves his position.
Holtik blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Holtik wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Holtik tries a knee to the head but Muscle blocks it.
Muscle is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Muscle scores with a hook to the body.
Holtik blocks an uppercut.
Muscle tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Holtik avoids it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Holtik throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Muscle blocks it with crossed arms.

Muscle turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Muscle prevents Holtik from escaping the position.
Holtik is not content to let Muscle control the position.

Muscle advances to full mount.
Holtik wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Muscle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Muscle lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Muscle lands a nice shot to the head.
Muscle has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Holtik's face.

It looks like Brik Holtik has been cut.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Muscle has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Muscle tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Holtik takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Muscle's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
