Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between joseph DDD (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Inocencio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Inocencio misses with a wild combination.
Inocencio swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Inocencio cracks DDD with an open hand slap. Inocencio misses with a few strikes there.
Inocencio fails to land with a series of punches.
DDD gets a takedown into half guard. DDD throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. DDD seems to be working for a kimura but Inocencio defends the submission attempt. DDD sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Inocencio defending well though.
That's one minute gone in the round. DDD perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. DDD is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Inocencio! DDD thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
DDD has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. DDD throwing strikes here but Inocencio is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
DDD thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. DDD controlling the pace for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. DDD working some short elbows here. He postures up to throw some more ground and pound but Inocencio slips a leg through to get back to half guard. Nice work.
DDD not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. DDD seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. DDD is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Inocencio defends it well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. DDD is taking a breather. Inocencio says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. DDD is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Inocencio has managed to free his arm - good work. DDD looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. DDD is looking for a kimura here.
DDD is taking a breather. Inocencio says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. DDD trying to control from half guard but Inocencio is working away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
joseph DDD dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
DDD ducks under a wild hook from Inocencio. The fighters circling - Inocencio throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Jason Inocencio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Inocencio rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but DDD moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Inocencio will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. DDD uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Inocencio.
Sloppy strikes from Inocencio. Those never looked like landing. A looping hook to the body misses from DDD. Inocencio does a little dance to reset his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. DDD drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. DDD is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Inocencio is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. DDD looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Inocencio is avoiding damage well.
The referee asks DDD politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. DDD prefers to stall for the moment though. DDD wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Inocencio, who protects the arm well. Inocencio defending against the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. DDD looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Inocencio is avoiding damage well.
DDD throwing strikes but missing, from side control. DDD tries for a kimura but Inocencio is defending well. DDD is looking to take a break and control but Inocencio is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. DDD in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Inocencio is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, DDD asserts his dominance and retains side control. Inocencio dodges the ground and pound from DDD. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. DDD controlling the position from side mount. DDD tries for a kimura but Inocencio is defending well. DDD trying to control the action but Inocencio is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. DDD working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Inocencio wants to get back to his feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! DDD trying to control the position but Inocencio is working away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
joseph DDD dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!
Inocencio ducks down and throws a hook to the body but DDD moves away. DDD showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Inocencio.
DDD steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Inocencio. Jason Inocencio is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Inocencio lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Inocencio misses the jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. DDD closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. DDD creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Inocencio sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. DDD controls the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. DDD seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Inocencio for as long as he can get away with. DDD trying to control the action but Inocencio is working from the bottom. An elbow from DDD crashes against the mat.
DDD goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Inocencio rolls with the submission and now he's on top in DDD's guard! Nice work there by Inocencio! DDD has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Inocencio must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Inocencio has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of DDD is proving hard to escape from. DDD is pulling down on Inocencio's head to control his posture. Inocencio is looking to stand up but DDD won't let him. DDD has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Inocencio can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Inocencio wants to stand but DDD is controlling his posture from full guard. DDD pulls Inocencio in close to prevent any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. DDD has a closed guard, preventing Inocencio from standing up. Jason Inocencio has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Inocencio swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
And that's the end of the fight! joseph DDD showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for DDD, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
