The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piechocki throws a right and a left that both miss.
Piechocki fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Mike Piechocki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Cussed will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cussed swings around for an armbar but Piechocki sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Cussed's guard.

Cussed bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Piechocki's guard.

Cussed really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Piechocki really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cussed. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Cussed has hold of Piechocki's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Piechocki tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Cussed cranks the arm and Piechocki screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Piechocki, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
