Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rucial Marro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kirby Navarro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rucial Marro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kirby Navarro! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Emerson Jorge and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marro leaves Navarro with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Navarro will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Marro tries for a takedown but Navarro circles away easily and Navarro counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Marro! Navarro working for a guillotine from mount but Marro is in no mood to give up. Navarro prevents Marro from getting the reversal. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Navarro goes for an armbar but Marro turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Marro. Marro has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Marro wants to pass the guard but Navarro is keeping the position. Marro is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marro slips nicely into half guard. Marro is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Marro sitting and controlling from the half guard. Marro is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Navarro has managed to free his arm - good work. Marro not doing much here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marro has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Marro wants to pass the guard but Navarro is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Rucial Marro wasn't doing enough on the ground. Marro shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Navarro is trying to stand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rucial Marro dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Navarro gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily so Marro counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Navarro utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Navarro keeping full guard, as Marro tries to pass. Marro throwing strikes from guard but Navarro blocks nicely. Marro trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marro controlling from the top position. Navarro keeping moving, preventing Marro from controlling successfully. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Navarro keeping full guard, as Marro tries to pass.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Marro throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Navarro is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Navarro is breathing heavily.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Marro shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Marro wants to free his trapped foot but Navarro is holding on for dear life with his legs.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marro perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Navarro pushes Marro off looking to stand but Marro dives back in and keeps control.
Marro content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Marro works his way into full mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Marro is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Navarro is surviving well by controlling Marro's body position as best he can. Marro content just to control the position here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rucial Marro dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Marro throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Navarro was covering up waiting for the punch and Marro finishes the takedown easily into guard. Marro might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Marro stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Navarro swivels though and keeps the full guard. Marro trying to control the position from guard on top but Navarro is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Marro's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
That's one minute gone in the round. Marro thows a big elbow that misses. Marro controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Navarro takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Marro slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Marro working the ground and pound from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Navarro being controlled for a moment. Marro throwing strikes but missing, from side control. The referee asks Marro politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Marro prefers to stall for the moment though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rucial Marro overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Rucial Marro. Navarro fails with the takedown and Marro counters with a nice double leg into guard. Marro not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Rucial Marro is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Marro looking to pass the guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Marro thows a big elbow that misses. Navarro being controlled here, momentarily.
And that's the end of the fight! Rucial Marro showed his dominance in that final round. Well Marro has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
