Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hiroko Matsumato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henri Tw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matsumato comes into the arena with My Pre Fight Warmup blaring out of the sound system. Henri Tw told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matsumato fails with the takedown
and Tw counters with a takedown into side control.
Tw goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Matsumato has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Tw but great work by Matsumato.
Tw seems a little lost for a moment, as Matsumato dominates the positioning.
Matsumato misses with the ground and pound.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Tw wants to get back to his feet.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Matsumato wants to control but Tw is keeping him busy.
Matsumato has hold of Tw's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Tw tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Matsumato cranks the arm and Tw screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Tw, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
