Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Emperial Sandle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Bitch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sandle gets caught flat footed, as Bitch shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Bitch looking to pass the guard.
Bitch won't allow Sandle to get back to his feet.
Bitch pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Sandle is keeping the position for now.
Bitch trying to control but Sandle is working from the bottom.
Bitch is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Sandle is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Bitch thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Sandle throws a head kick but Bitch moves out of range.
Sandle pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sandle throws a wild body kick that Bitch sees coming a mile off.
Bitch swats away the attempt to clinch by Sandle.

Sandle fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bitch sprawls well initially but Sandle persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Sandle is breathing heavily.
Bitch wants to get back to full guard.
Sandle seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Bitch looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Bitch gets back to full guard.

Bitch is looking for a triangle but Sandle pushes his legs off easily.
Bitch is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Bitch works his way into side control.

Bitch tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bitch has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Bitch thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Sandle wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bitch tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bitch has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Bitch working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bitch wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sandle keeps working.

Bitch goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Sandle has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Bitch but great work by Sandle.
Sandle wants to stand but Bitch has his arm trapped.
Bitch is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Sandle is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Bitch tries to reverse the position but Sandle maintains control.

Sandle get's back to his feet.
Sandle misses with a takedown attempt

and Bitch counters by clinching up.
Sandle letting Bitch take a breather here.
Sandle tries a knee to the head but Bitch blocks it.
Sandle tries to pull guard but Bitch holds him up against the cage and eventually Sandle drops back down to his feet.
Sandle tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Emperial Sandle. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sandle wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Bitch breaks from the clinch.
Sandle throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bitch's waist but Bitch gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sandle off to one side.

Bitch has closed the distance and engaged Sandle in a clinch.
Bitch has had enough of the clinch but Sandle keeps him there for the moment.
Sandle looking to stall.
Sandle wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Bitch has him pressed against the cage.
Sandle tries for a takedown. No joy.
Sandle trying to stall but Bitch improves his position.
Bitch is pressed up against the cage. Sandle has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Bitch down to the mat. Bitch avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bitch.

Bitch keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Bitch tries to bum rush Sandle with a series of wild strikes but Sandle uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Sandle tries to land a front kick but Bitch steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Bitch shoots in but no luck this time.
Bitch circles away from the clinch attempt

and Bitch counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The Bitch dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Sandle tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Bitch drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Bitch goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Sandle rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Bitch's guard! Nice work there by Sandle!
Sandle has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Bitch is proving hard to escape from.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sandle is posturing up here but Bitch has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Sandle tries to roll out but it's too tight and Sandle has to tap! Slick submission there by Bitch!
