Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Hugh Johnson and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from da Silva.
Li throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Li throws a right and a left that da Silva avoids nicely.
da Silva tries for a takedown but Li sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
da Silva dodges the punch combination from Li.
Li throws a head kick but da Silva moves out of range.
Li scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Philippo da Silva has been cut.
da Silva avoids the head kick by Li.
Li misses with a head kick.
Li lands a head kick. da Silva smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
da Silva will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Bran Li has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Philippo da Silva.
Li throws a combination but it was largely blocked by da Silva.
A head kick from Li lands but da Silva takes it in his stride.
A combination from Li does no damage.
Bran Li seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Li tries to bum rush da Silva with a series of wild strikes but da Silva uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Li connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Li looks to land a combination. da Silva sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Li misses with a two punch combination.
da Silva shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Li defends it nicely.
Li ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
da Silva shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Li sprawls well. Li wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. da Silva gets slowly back to his feet.
da Silva has a takedown stuffed.
Li lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
That has opened up Philippo da Silva's cut even more.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Li misses with a jab, cross combination.
Li scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
da Silva looks gassed!
A lazy left from Li finds it's target.
Li thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on da Silva if he has to take too many more of those.
Li feints a jab promting da Silva to slip. Li then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. da Silva slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
The cut above Philippo da Silva's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
da Silva tries to score a power double leg takedown but Li sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten da Silva somewhat.
da Silva slips a jab and a cross from Li.
Li throws a one two combo.
Li connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Philippo da Silva's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Li throws a sloppy head kick and da Silva moves out of range easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Li lands a really nice looking cross but da Silva seems unphased.
Li throws a combination but it was largely blocked by da Silva.
Li lands a jab to da Silva's midsection.
Li misses with the combination.
Li misses with a double jab.
Li scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Philippo da Silva's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
