Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jake Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stevie Sallon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jake Harris! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Stevie Sallon! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sallon shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Harris as he jumps to the side. A nice combination there by Sallon.
Harris keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Sallon scores with a jab. Harris acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Sallon tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Harris swivels and escapes. Jake Harris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stevie Sallon. Sallon fails with a takedown attempt. Sallon feints and as Harris raises his hands in defense, Sallon changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Harris bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sallon's guard. Harris pushing down on Sallon's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harris is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Sallon is just riding it out for now. Harris eventually gives up the hold. Harris seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sallon does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Sallon looking for submissions off his back. Sallon missing with punches from the bottom.
Sallon flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Harris is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Harris is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Sallon is trying to improve his position. Sallon misses with a strike from the bottom. Sallon stops Harris from passing to mount. Harris is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Sallon has escaped the position, nice work there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Harris trying to control the action but Sallon is working from the bottom. Sallon is looking for a sweep. Harris working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Sallon prevents Harris from improving position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jake Harris will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Sallon moves into range and connects with a jab. Sallon throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Harris's waist but Harris gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sallon off to one side. Sallon lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Sallon throws a head kick but Harris moves out of range.
Horrible takedown by Sallon or perhaps it was just good defense by Harris which made him look bad. Sallon closes this distance looking for a takedown but Harris circles away. Jake Harris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stevie Sallon. Sallon misses with a two punch combination.
Sallon gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harris thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Sallon isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Harris stacks Sallon on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Harris! Harris is trying to get an arm triangle but Sallon is defending well. Sallon tries to improve position but can't. Harris laying and praying for a moment but Sallon takes advantage and regains half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Harris seems to be looking for submissions.
Sallon is pressing down on Harris's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Sallon can't keep his opponent in guard - Harris advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Sallon blocking the ground and pound attempt from Harris. Harris throws a strike but Sallon avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Harris trying to control but Sallon is working from the bottom. Harris looking to pass the guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harris passes Sallon's left leg - he's now in half guard. Harris is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Harris is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Sallon actively working from the bottom here. Sallon looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Sallon misses with some strikes from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jake Harris dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Sallon misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sallon tries for a takedown but Harris circles away easily and Harris counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Harris is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Sallon is striking off his back. Harris thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard. Harris trying to control the action but Sallon is working from the bottom. Sallon flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Harris can't keep hold of the triangle and Sallon manages to pass to side control! Both fighters are breathing heavily. Harris struggling a bit here. Harris connects with an elbow from the bottom. Sallon tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Harris is trying to improve his position. Harris manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sallon seems to be looking for submissions.

Sallon won't allow Harris to sweep him here.
And that's the end of the fight! Jake Harris showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Harris, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
