The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Sergei Dronov and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Reva gets a takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Belov wants to improve his position but Reva is controlling well.

Belov is defending against the submission attempts here by Reva.
Belov is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Reva jumps into side control!
Belov tries to buck Reva off but Reva is having none of it.

Reva is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Belov knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Reva is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Belov is just riding it out for now. Reva eventually gives up the hold.

Belov sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Belov wants to get back to full guard.
Belov makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Belov.

Reva must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Belov lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Reva!

A close round but Alexander Reva will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Belov has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Reva celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
