Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooh!!! cevallos has knocked Nathan down with a huge combo! cevallos steps away and waves a wobbly Nathan back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Nathan looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
cevallos misses with a few strikes there.
Nathan misses with a takedown attempt - cevallos sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
cevallos tries to close the distance and clinch but Nathan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
cevallos moves in looking to clinch but Nathan pushes him off.

Nathan is not content to let cevallos control the position.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
cevallos seems to be looking for submissions.
cevallos seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Nathan does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
cevallos postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Nathan to stand up.
alan cevallos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nathan is on the wrong end of a nice combination from cevallos.
cevallos closes the distance but Nathan moves to the side
and Nathan decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in cevallos's guard.
cevallos is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Nathan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. cevallos swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Nathan won't allow cevallos to get back to his feet.
cevallos has his hands on Nathan's head, controlling the position.

Nathan is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
cevallos wants to control but Nathan passes easily into half guard.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

cevallos tries to kick Nathan off but Nathan keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Nathan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with cevallos but cevallos pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Nathan fails to land the takedown.
alan cevallos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Nathan.
cevallos connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Nathan dives in and grabs cevallos's left leg, looking for a takedown. cevallos pushes down on Nathan's head and hops out.
Nice body punch from cevallos.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
cevallos misses with the combination.
Nathan changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. cevallos looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Nathan wants to take a breather but cevallos manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Nathan.
cevallos tries to land a sweep but no joy.
cevallos has his feet on Nathan's thighs here. He's pushed Nathan off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Nathan screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
