Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tatsuya Aoki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zack Old Fella (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Zack Old Fella was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Shimada and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aoki wants to clinch up but Old Fella keeps it at a distance.
Aoki tries to sprawl but Old Fella drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Aoki is looking to control Old Fella's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Aoki avoid being mounted?

Old Fella tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Old Fella has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Oooh a lovely combination from Aoki sends Old Fella down but not out. Aoki dives into side control looking to finish.
It looks like Zack Old Fella has been cut.
Aoki knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Old Fella on the ground.

Aoki seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Old Fella does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Aoki is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Old Fella can't fight it off and eventually Aoki manages to take the fight to the floor. Old Fella looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Well Aoki has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
