The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
dere shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Loose napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Loose looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
dere wants to lay and pray for a moment but Loose keeps working.
dere tries to advance to mount but Loose denies him.
dere controlling from side mount.
dere trying to control the action but Loose is working from the bottom.

dere throwing shots but missing, from side control.
dere is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Loose is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
dere tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
dere taking a break here but Loose is having none of it and regains half guard.

dere is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
dere looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

dere wants to take a breather but Loose is having none of it.

dere is working for a kimura but Loose is defending it quite comfortably.
dere wants to pass to mount but Loose is defending the position.
dere wants to work for an arm triangle but Loose is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
