Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jalo Viina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Al Clergia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clergia tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Viina was well out of range. Poor timing from Clergia.
Viina steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Clergia.
Clergia lands with a thumping leg kick.

Viina walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Clergia is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Viina.
Clergia connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Viina tries to close the distance and clinch but Clergia swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Clergia misses with a body shot.
Viina lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Clergia throws a hook but Viina avoids it easily.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Viina, as that shot connected.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Clergia takes one on the button.
Viina throws out a powerful jab.
Clergia is rocked!

Clergia is still on wobbly legs! Can Viina finish him?
Viina swings for the body but Clergia moves out of range.
Clergia seems to have recovered his senses.
Al Clergia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Viina steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Clergia.
Viina throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Clergia.

A solid leg kick lands there for Viina.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Viina lands a big right hand that sends Clergia crashing to the mat! Viina stays standing though and waves Clergia back to his feet!
Viina tries to clinch up but Clergia circles away and keeps his distance.
Viina connects with a looping right hand.
Viina fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Clergia has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Viina wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Viina lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Viina is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Clergia like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Clergia from another fist facial!
