Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Emeka Shakur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and TJ Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas avoids the body shot from Shakur.
Shakur keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Shakur swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Shakur lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Shakur comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Shakur uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Thomas.

Thomas throws an overhand right that lands on Shakur's shoulder, as Shakur tries to avoid the shot.
Shakur lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Thomas circles away quickly and effectively.
Shakur lands a jab-cross combination.

and Shakur counters with a left to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Shakur throws a right and a left that Thomas avoids nicely.
Shakur feints with a jab and clips Thomas right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Thomas is sent crashing into the canvas and Shakur leaps in for the kill! Thomas tries to get to his feet but Shakur is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Thomas is in need of a savior and steps in!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Emeka Shakur!
