Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hyun Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frankie Russo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kim comes into the arena with To the Top blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Frankie Russo! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Russo clobbers Kim with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Russo with a hook. A looping hook to the body misses from Russo. Kim does a little dance to reset his feet. Kim dodges the punch combination from Russo.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Russo with the ground and pound but Kim uses the opportunity to regain guard. Russo is sitting in close to Kim's body. Kim has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Russo is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Russo is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Kim.
