Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ilija Vashuta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sami Tetri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Tarja Halkonen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tetri misses with a wild body shot.

The fighters circling - Tetri throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Vashuta. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Vashuta throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tetri's waist but Tetri gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Vashuta off to one side.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Vashuta takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Tetri ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Vashuta moves away.
Tetri lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Tetri jabs Vashuta right on the nose. Vashuta blinks but takes it well.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tetri lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Vashuta is looking to close the distance but Tetri sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Vashuta crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Vashuta is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
