0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, AJ Taylor! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brikowski misses with a jab, cross combination.
Taylor gets a takedown into half guard. Brikowski is looking to improve his position.
Brikowski is working hard here to advance position. Brikowski tries to kick Taylor off in order to stand up. Taylor Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Taylor wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Brikowski, who protects the arm well. Brikowski wants to control but Taylor postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Taylor has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Brikowski is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Taylor yanks on the arm and Brikowski is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Taylor.
