Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Coco Flamez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matteus Serra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Coco Flamez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Matteus Serra! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Joseph Jones and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Serra tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Flamez paws at him with a jab and circles away. Flamez circles away from the clinch attempt.
Serra closes this distance looking for a takedown but Flamez circles away. Serra tries to close the distance and clinch but Flamez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Serra ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Flamez moves away. Flamez stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Flamez wants it to stay on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Flamez avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Flamez shoots and misses and Serra counters with a takedown into side control. Flamez prevents Serra from improving position. Serra throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Flamez works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Serra is trying to control. Flamez wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Serra works his way into side control. Serra taking a break here but Flamez is having none of it and regains half guard. Serra is working for a kimura but Flamez is defending it quite comfortably.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Serra is trying to work for a kimura but Flamez is defending well.
Flamez is in trouble now - Serra has advanced to mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Poor strikes thrown by Serra there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Serra is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Flamez is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Flamez flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Serra anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Flamez and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Serra slips an arm under Flamez chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Serra has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Serra is squeezing on Flamez like an anaconda would it's prey. Flamez fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Matteus Serra!
