Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ash Gaden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and mike choppra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). choppra is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by yes. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ash Gaden! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, mike choppra! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! choppra slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Gaden misses with a series of wild punches.
Gaden throws a right hand that choppra ducks under and follows up with a left that choppra also avoids with ease. choppra looks to land a combination but Gaden avoids it well. Gaden bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps choppra's head backwards. Gaden misses with a combination
and choppra counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by choppra. Gaden is looking to stand up but choppra isn't so interested in that idea. choppra lands a couple of elbows. choppra won't allow Gaden to get back to his feet. choppra has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. choppra is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. choppra advances position into side control! choppra slows the pace down. choppra is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Gaden is trying to escape and choppra transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Gaden is forced to tap! Nice work there by choppra! Very nice indeed!
