Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Oliveira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trent Morrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrow tries to land a front kick but Oliveira steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Morrow is looking to land body kicks.
Morrow just misses with a punch to the body.
Morrow closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Oliveira did well to prevent Morrow getting side control.
Morrow frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Morrow is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Oliveira has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
