Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Awesome Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wayne Elders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Awesome Bob! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Wayne Elders! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Richard Clark and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice body kick from Bob. Bob's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Bob duly obliges. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Elders shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bob as he jumps to the side. Elders throws a jab when Bob was well out of range. Elders fails with the takedown. Elders displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bob. Bob drives through with a takedown into guard. Elders looks gassed! Elders manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bob manages to get himself to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bob has his feet on Elders's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Elders shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Bob counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Awesome Bob has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wayne Elders. Bob throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Bob seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Bob is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Bob gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bob closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Elders quickly recovers to half guard. Bob is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Elders is just riding it out for now. Bob eventually gives up the hold. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Elders blocking the ground and pound attempt from Bob.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bob decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Bob drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Bob gets to his feet. Elders looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Bob really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Bob looks for a takedown but Elders sprawls well. Elders has taken the fight to the clinch.
Bob tries to score a body lock takedown but Elders shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bob keeps control of Elders as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Elders breaks from the clinch.
Bob misses with a takedown and Elders counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Bob shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Elders counters with a big head kick but Bob shrugs it off. Bob has his takedown stuffed and Elders counters with a shoot takedown. Bob fights it but they end up in guard. This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Elders throws a strike but Bob rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Bob forces his way into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Awesome Bob dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Elders clinches but Bob breaks the clinch and Bob counters with a shoot takedown. Elders fights it but they end up in guard. Bob prevents Elders from getting back to his feet. Awesome Bob overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Elders wants to sweep but no luck. Elders is looking to stand up but Bob isn't so interested in that idea. Bob stands up from guard. Let's bang! Bob tries for a takedown but Elders circles away easily and Elders counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bob is controlling Elders's trapped leg to prevent Elders from advancing to side control. Bob trying to control but Elders postures up.
Bob is trying to stand up here but Elders is controlling him well. Bob is looking for a sweep. Elders is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Bob taking some punishment here, with Elders in his half guard. Bob avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Elders. Bob wants to control but Elders is keeping busy.
Bob wants to get back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Elders looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bob with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Elders lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Elders wants to take a breather but Bob is having none of it. Bob is trying to control but Elders manages to pass to mount!
Elders prevents Bob from getting the reversal.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Elders lands a heavy elbow. Elders lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Bob tries to lock up and control but Elders gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Bob is squirming around, avoiding Elders's attempts to control the action. Elders throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Bob is desperately trying to improve his position but Elders has a good base and remains in mount. Elders thowing shots but they're missing. Bob wants to control but Elders is having none of it. Elders goes for an armbar but Bob turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Bob.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bob postures up.
Bob throwing strikes from guard but Elders blocks nicely. Bob pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Elders is keeping the position for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Wayne Elders will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Elders tries to clinch up so Bob counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Bob pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Elders is keeping the position for now. Bob stopping the sweep attempt from Elders. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bob postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bob has gone for a leg lock! Elders slips out almost immediately though and dives into Bob's guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bob wants to sweep here but Elders controlling him for the moment. Bob keeping full guard, as Elders tries to pass. Elders has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Bob is proving hard to escape from. Bob working a defensive guard here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Elders is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Elders postures up in Bob's guard and throws a big left but Bob blocks it. Elders thows a big elbow that misses. Elders tries to free his leg and advance position but Bob is retaining full guard. Elders with a flurry of punches that miss. Bob is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Elders accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bob tries to land a sweep but no joy. Elders has gone for a leg lock! Bob slips out almost immediately though and dives into Elders's guard. Elders is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bob trying to control the position from guard on top but Elders is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Elders looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Bob sitting in guard here, content to control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Bob wants to control from the top but Elders keeps moving.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Awesome Bob just wasn't active enough. Bob shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Elders napping and manages to drive through into side control! Bob is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Elders has escaped the position, nice work there. Elders dodges the ground and pound from Bob.
And that's the end of the fight! Awesome Bob showed his dominance in that final round. I think Bob has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
